- 1 cup boiled & mashed green peas
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- ½ tsp red chilli powder
- ½ tsp cumin powder
- ½ tsp amchur powder (dry mango powder)
- Salt to taste
For Coating:
- 400g Britannia Paneer (grated)
- 2 boiled & mashed potatoes
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- 2 tbsp corn flour
- Salt to taste
- Pepper powder to taste
- Olive oil for shallow frying
For Serving:
- Green chutney

Prepare the Stuffing:

- Heat olive oil in a pan, add boiled & mashed green peas, and cook until dry.
- Mix in chaat masala, red chilli powder, cumin powder, amchur powder, and salt.
- Stir well and allow the mixture to cool.
Prepare the Outer Layer:

- Grate Britannia Paneer and keep it aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine grated paneer, mashed potatoes, chopped coriander, salt, pepper, and corn flour to form a soft dough
Shape the Tikkis:

- Add a spoonful of green pea stuffing, seal the edges, and shape into round or oval tikkis.
