Ingredients

  • 1 cup boiled & mashed green peas
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • ½ tsp cumin powder
  • ½ tsp amchur powder (dry mango powder)
  • Salt to taste

For Coating:

  • 400g Britannia Paneer (grated)
  • 2 boiled & mashed potatoes
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper powder to taste
  • Olive oil for shallow frying

For Serving:

  • Green chutney

Prepare the Stuffing:

  • Heat olive oil in a pan, add boiled & mashed green peas, and cook until dry.
  • Mix in chaat masala, red chilli powder, cumin powder, amchur powder, and salt.
  • Stir well and allow the mixture to cool.

Prepare the Outer Layer:

  • Grate Britannia Paneer and keep it aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine grated paneer, mashed potatoes, chopped coriander, salt, pepper, and corn flour to form a soft dough

Shape the Tikkis:
